We prepare delicious, ready-to-eat meals using the freshest seasonal ingredients, so you can skip the grocery store, skip the cooking, and skip the cleanup. Just browse our weekly menu, pick your favorites, and we'll handle everything else.
Step 1: Browse & Choose Your Meals
Every week, we curate a new rotating menu featuring a variety of chef-crafted meals made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. No two weeks are exactly the same — so there's always something new to look forward to.
Ordering takes just a few minutes. Head to our weekly menu, browse the options, and select the meals that catch your eye. Whether you're stocking up for busy weeknights or planning lunches for the week ahead, you'll find options that fit.
Meals start at $14.00 with a $75 minimum order per week — that's as few as five meals to hit the minimum. Choose what you love, check out, and you're done.
Step 2: We Handle Everything
This is where we do what we love — and take everything off your plate (pun intended).
Once your order is placed, our chef gets to work. We source the freshest ingredients available, then prepare every meal by hand in small batches. This isn't an assembly line or a factory kitchen. It's a real chef, cooking real food, with you in mind.

Every delivery happens on Sunday. You'll receive a text message confirming a 30-minute delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect us. No guessing, no all-day waiting.
An Emerald City Fresh team member — not a random third-party courier — arrives at your door in clearly branded ECF clothing. Your meals are packed in an insulated delivery bag to maintain freshness from our kitchen to your home.
Once your meals arrive, simply pop them in the fridge and reheat when you're ready to eat. Microwave, oven, stovetop — whatever works for you. In minutes, you're enjoying a restaurant-quality meal at your own table.
